Details of activity:
An industrial visit was organized for the students of D. Pharmacy and B. Pharmacy to Brahmanath Pharma Pvt. Ltd. on 3rd September 2025. The purpose of this visit was to provide students with practical exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and real-time industrial practices, which form a vital part of their academic curriculum. Students are instructed to report to the college campus by 9:30 AM, and the return is scheduled for 3:30 PM on the same day.
At Brahmanath Pharma Pvt. Ltd., students were taken on a guided tour of various departments including: Manufacturing Unit, Quality Control Laboratory ,Packaging and Labeling Unit and Storage and Distribution Areas.Industry personnel explained the functioning of sophisticated machinery, various drug manufacturing techniques, compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality assurance procedures of natural drugs. Students also had the opportunity to observe safety measures, standard operating procedures, and cleanliness protocols maintained in the plant.
The industrial visit to Brahmanath Pharma Pvt. Ltd. was highly informative and beneficial for the students. The students expressed gratitude to the college management, principal Dr. Anap H.N. and faculty for organizing the visit and providing such an insightful experience.
